Your standard hourly rate to Bartholdi, excluding VAT. Bartholdi applies a 15 percent retention on amounts billed to the client (deducted from your payment), in line with our standard mentor agreement.

Your standard daily rate to Bartholdi, excluding VAT. Often used for workshop and audit days.

Bartholdi retains 15 percent of the amount billed to the client, deducted from your gross payment. This funds the programmatic infrastructure that supports your engagements.
EUR is the default. Other currencies may incur foreign exchange handling and are settled at the rate in effect on the invoice date.
Standard payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date, payable on receipt of a clean invoice that matches the engagement record. Variations require explicit written agreement with your internal owner before contract signature.
